Terrible service overall. The customer support is just not up to par. Just a heads up, they do ask for your card info.

Steer clear of the pallets from William George at John Lewis and just toss your money away instead. Total scam. The clothing is all but impossible to sell—bobbly sweaters, socks with holes, lone gloves, and buttons that are nowhere to be found. Out of a whole pallet with around 20 electrical gadgets, not a single one functioned. One pallet didn’t even arrive, and William George kept shifting the blame—from couriers to a broken-down truck, then claiming the goods were damaged because some incense fell on it. I told them to send it anyway, but they flat out refused. These cheeky kids are all working from home, with no main office or contact number for William George, so they dodge any responsibility and stick to that no refund policy you agree to when you place a bid.

The way they handle after sales inquiries is top-notch, honestly the best customer service I've seen in ages. I got updates right away. Ms. Hannah Hamilton-Smith took care of my issue, and I was super happy that she wrapped it up in just a few days. That’s a solid indication of a company that truly values its customers. They deserve 6 stars, but you know how Trustpilot rolls with just 5! I’ll surely be buying more from them.
